Which rooms, and does it move?
Most mould companies open by asking what it looks like. On an airborne problem that question is close to useless, because the answer is “a bit of a haze” whatever the cause. These two work far better.

What if it is everywhere?
Then it is almost certainly the air, and that is genuinely good news in one sense: there is nothing hidden to hunt for. It also means the durable repair is likely an HVAC one, and we would rather tell you that on the phone than after.
How quickly can somebody come?
Usually within a few working days. Where water is actively running - a burst line, an overflowing pan - say so and it becomes same day, because wet materials have to be dried inside 24 to 48 hours to avoid growth starting.
Do you cover my area?

Can I just send photos?
