Using this site
This site provides general information about mold removal in Marion County. Sending the form creates no contract; none exists until a written scope has been signed by both parties.
Regional information, not a property assessment
Descriptions of climate, indoor humidity and air conditioning behaviour describe the region and the mechanism in general terms. They are not an assessment of any particular property, and conditions vary between houses on the same street.
We are a remediator, not an assessor
Florida licenses mold assessors and mold remediators separately under Chapter 468 Part XVI, and Fla. Stat. 468.8419 bars either from performing the other's work on the same structure within twelve months. Nothing on this site is a mold assessment, a sampling result, or a written determination of what is growing or why.
We are not an air conditioning contractor
Statements about equipment sizing, run time and duct leakage are general explanation. We do not size, service, install or certify HVAC equipment, and nothing here is a code compliance determination about any installation.
